Ray has taught at regionally accredited universities at the gradudate level as practitioner faculty and expects to begin teaching at the baccalaureat level (as adjunct faculty) in the fall. He is qualified in Management, Human Resource Management, and Real Estate Investment and Management.

Consultant

Ray has over 30 years real world business experience in the commercial real estate investment and management business; the association management business; and the training and development arena.

He has operated for either his own account or others, businesses with a capitalization of over  $200M and funds from operations in the tens of millions. Ray has particular expertise in operations research, developing sustainable operating systems, organizational resilience, continuity-of-operations and disaster planning and testing.
